    Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit! 
    Items must be returned with tags attached and with the original receipt of purchase. Items not accepted for return include undergarments, bags, jewelry, accessory items such as towels and sunglasses, and all sale items. This list is subject to change. Additionally, anything purchased with any form of personalization is a final sale and is not eligible for return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    
    You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    
    Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return, once we receive it.
    
    Once the return is processed you will be emailed a confirmation.

  • SHIPPING OPTIONS: 

    Standard Free Shipping: Shipped to you within 3-7 Business Days

    Local Pickup: If you select In Store Pickup at checkout, your items will be available to pickup In Store the following business day! You may not receive a notification when items are ready! 

    Priority Shipping: Your items will be shipped to you via Priority Shipping. You should receive your items within 2-3 business Days! 

    Priority Mail Express: Next Day Shipping!

    Please allow up to 2 - 4 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days- for these occasions require additional processing time) to process and ship your order.
    
    All packages needing Priority or Priority Express Shipping can be calculated at the time of checkout.
    
    Express orders MUST be placed Monday-Friday by 12:00 pm to be processed and shipped same day.
    
    Otherwise, shipping will be standard via USPS.
    
    We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by us.
