Most unworn items in new condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase in exchange for an item of equal value or in exchange for store credit in the amount of the purchase price. Items must be returned with tags attached and with the original receipt of purchase. Items not accepted for return include undergarments, shoes, bags, jewelery, accessory items such as towels and sunglasses, and all sale items. This list is subject to change. Additionally, anything purchased with any form of personalization is a final sale and is not eligible for return.

Local Pickup (Front Porch Pickup): You can pick up your items at our location in a watertight box located on the front porch! When you select this option we will send you an email letting you know when your item will be available for pickup!
Local Pickup & Shop: For those of you wanting to browse our Showroom when picking up your items, this option is for you! When you select this option we will send you an email letting you know when your item will be available for pickup and set up a time that is convenient for you to Shop the Showroom!
Priority Shipping: Your items will be shipped to you via Priority Shipping. You should receive your items within 2-3 business Days!
Priority Mail Express: Next Day Shipping!
Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days- for these occasions require additional processing time) to process and ship your order.
All packages needing Priority or Priority Express Shipping can be calculated at the time of checkout.
Express orders MUST be placed Monday-Friday by 12:00 pm to be processed and shipped same day.
Otherwise, shipping will be standard via USPS.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by us.
