Beau Lane Boutique Return Policy:

• Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit!
• Items must be returned with tags attached and with the original receipt of purchase.
• Items not accepted for return include undergarments, bags, jewelry, accessory items such as towels and sunglasses, and all sale items. This list is subject to change. Additionally, anything purchased with any form of personalization is a final sale and is not eligible for return.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.

Shipping Returns

• All returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return, once we receive it.
• Once the return is processed you will be emailed a confirmation.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
